Our firm was founded in 1992 by our founding partner Mustafa Ülkü CANER. Since its founding, our office has primarily served clients residing abroad, particularly from Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Since our founding, we have worked closely with various legal-protection insurers, including Allianz Rechtsschutz, ARAG Rechtsschutz and ERGO Rechtsschutz. We are proud to be recognised as a trusted law firm for legal-protection matters in Türkiye. We have also earned the trust of the German Consulate General in İzmir, the Austrian Embassy and the Swiss Embassy as a reliable law firm.
From 2007 to 2021, our founding partner Mustafa Ülkü CANER held the post of Honorary Consul of the Republic of Austria in İzmir and the Aegean region.
Our head office is located in İzmir, and we represent our clients not only in this region but throughout Türkiye, including cities such as İstanbul, Ankara, Antalya (Manavgat, Alanya) and Muğla (Bodrum, Marmaris). For more than 30 years, we have provided our services continuously.

Nehir Şenel
Senior Specialist Attorney
She has practised law as a registered member of the İzmir Bar Association since 2014. In 2019 she completed her master’s degree with thesis in maritime commercial law and private law, earning her specialist title. Since 2023 she has also served as a mediator. She provides legal advisory and litigation services primarily in commercial law, healthcare law, compensation law, maritime commercial law and labour law, as well as in various other areas of private law.
